Hi there!

I’m Diana, a 30 year old foodie from Germany, obsessed with ingredients and their story. There is so much to find out about each ingredient and while I could never tell you everything, I’m trying to curate the most relevant and interesting info about each of them. Hopefully this can help you out when you’re unsure what to use an ingredient for or even if you want to venture into using a new ingredient but aren’t quite sure what to do with it. Food can be so creative and if you know a few tips and tricks, hopefully you can start mixing and matching without the need for a recipe.
